After a period of sustained growth, we acquired a second facility in Redhill in May 2019 to increase our overall repair capacity and to create a more professional atmosphere for our customers. Although Covid-19 caused some minor delays, our Redhill site officially opened after a full refurbishment in July 2020.

Finesse Accident Repair Redhill is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest tools and equipment, including a specialist aluminium repair bar.

“We continued with our planned expansion through Covid-19 as it was a fundamental factor in changing our business model to becoming more customer focused. Increasingly, bodyshops must offer a modern and professional environment.

Customer feedback to our new facility has been fantastic, but we have also had incredibly positive feedback from staff. One staff member commented that they preferred working at the Redhill facility as it made them feel more professional. This led to me to the decision to refurbish our Dorking site to align with the modern design and layout of Redhill. Our new facility allows staff to work in a more modern, professional and highly efficient environment, which in turn creates better results for our customer base.”

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we were unable to officially open our Redhill facility with an open morning as planned. We are looking forward to holding regular open mornings and site tours once it is safe to do so.
