Finesse Accident Repair Centres Strengthens Leadership Across Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill
Finesse Accident Repair Centres has strengthened its leadership team with two senior appointments, bringing a combined 67 years of accident repair experience to the business.
Paul Bonner joins as Managing Director, and Paul Colebrook as Group Operations Manager, supporting the continued development of the group across its Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill sites.
This is not a shift in direction, but a reinforcement of what Finesse already stands for – technical precision, consistent standards, and a customer experience built on clarity and trust.
A stronger foundation across every site
Operating across Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill means delivering more than just repairs, it means delivering the same standard, every time.
At Finesse, that standard is defined by the manufacturers we are approved by, and by the expectations of the customers who trust us with their vehicles.
From structural repairs to advanced vehicle technologies, consistency is built into how we work through clear processes, the right equipment, and teams who understand what quality looks like in practice.
Strengthening the leadership team supports that consistency, ensuring every site operates with the same level of precision, communication, and attention to detail.
Because as we continue to grow, the standard doesn’t change, only the scale at which we deliver it.

Leadership Built from the Workshop Floor
Paul Bonner | Managing Director
With over 30 years in the industry, Paul Bonner’s career began where the foundations of this trade are built, on the workshop floor.
From MET Technician to Workshop Controller, Bodyshop Administrator to VDA, his progression reflects a deep, practical understanding of the repair process at every level. He has since led operations across multiple sites, bringing both technical knowledge and strategic oversight to the businesses he has shaped.
As Managing Director, he now leads Finesse as a group focusing on performance, structure, and the long-term direction of the business across all three locations.
Paul Colebrook | Group Operations Manager
With 37 years in accident repair, Paul Colebrook’s career started as a Panel Beater and MET apprentice at the UK’s first Porsche-approved bodyshop, an environment that set the standard for precision and craftsmanship from the outset.
His experience spans technical roles through to multi-site operational leadership, underpinned by a genuine understanding of the work itself and the discipline required to deliver it consistently.
As Group Operations Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations across Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill, ensuring alignment in process, performance, and quality across every repair.
A team built to perform
Finesse holds manufacturer approvals with some of the most demanding brands in the industry. Delivering to those standards consistently, across three sites takes the right leadership, the right processes, and people who genuinely care about the quality of every repair.
These two appointments reflect where Finesse is heading as a group, not a change of direction, but a strengthening of what’s already here. A shared ambition to operate at the level we know this business is capable of.
“Finesse is a business with real foundations – strong approvals, great people, and three sites that are built to perform. Having them on board gives us the leadership to match that ambition, and to deliver at the scale this group is capable of, without ever compromising the quality and detail our customers expect.”
Mark O’Keefe, Owner – Finesse Accident Repair Centres
