How the online estimator works

  • 1 – Enter your details

Tell us your name, contact details and vehicle registration.

  • 2 – Follow the link we send you

After submitting your details, you will receive a text message with a secure link. Open the link to begin photographing the damage.

  • 3 – Photograph the damage

Follow the on-screen instructions to photograph the damaged areas.

  • 4 – Receive your estimate by email

Once your photos have been submitted, our online estimator will assess the visible damage and generate your initial repair estimate where possible. Estimates are generated quickly and sent directly to your email.

Important information about your estimate

Our online estimator uses AI to assess the damage shown in your photographs. Because some damage may be hidden beneath the vehicle’s exterior, the final repair cost may differ from the initial estimate once your vehicle has been inspected in person or the repair work has begun.

If we identify additional work that was not included in the initial estimate, we will explain exactly what has been found and discuss the next steps with you before proceeding.

Prefer to speak to someone first?

  • If you would rather talk through the damage before starting your estimate, our team at any of our three centres will be happy to help.
