Audi Approved Accident Repair in Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill

Finesse Accident Repair Centres is an Audi-approved body shop across all three of our centres in Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill.

Every Audi repair we carry out follows Audi’s manufacturer-approved procedures, uses genuine Audi parts and is completed by technicians trained to Audi’s own standards.

When your Audi is repaired at Finesse, we manage the entire process. From the initial damage assessment and insurer liaison through to post-repair diagnostic scanning and ADAS recalibration, every stage follows the procedure Audi specifies for your vehicle.

Why Choose Finesse Accident Repair Centres for Your Audi repair?

Finesse is an official Audi-approved bodyshop. That approval is an active accreditation that requires us to meet Audi’s standards for equipment, parts, training and repair methods, and to be audited by Audi regularly to prove we still do.

Every Audi repair at Finesse uses genuine Audi parts. Every repair is carried out by technicians who hold Audi-specific training. Every repair follows the factory methods Audi specifies for your vehicle, not a general approximation of them.

After the repair, Audi diagnostic equipment is used to scan all electronic systems and confirm they are operating correctly.

Where ADAS sensors have been disturbed by the repair, full recalibration is carried out to Audi specification before the vehicle is returned. And when the repair is complete, you receive Audi’s own repair documentation confirming the work was done to manufacturer-approved standards.

Our Audi Repair Services Include

  • Structural & bodywork repairs
  • Paint refinishing and colour matching to Audi specification

  • Aluminium and panel repair and replacement

  • Electric and hybrid-safe repair for Audi e-tron and PHEV models

  • ADAS recalibration following structural or sensor-related repairs

  • Cosmetic repairs and dent removal

Your right to choose your repairer

If your insurer directs you towards their own network repairer after an accident involving your Audi, you are not required to accept that. You have the legal right to choose where your vehicle is repaired, regardless of who is funding the repair.

An insurer’s network repairer may not hold Audi manufacturer approval. That means your repair may not be completed to Audi’s structural or safety standards, and you will not receive Audi’s repair documentation on completion. If your Audi is under manufacturer warranty, repairs carried out by a non-approved repairer using non-genuine parts may affect that warranty.

Contact us and we will liaise with your insurer on your behalf.

Audi owner FAQs

Q: Are your Audi repairs officially approved by Audi?

A: Yes. Finesse is an official Audi-approved bodyshop across all three centres in Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill. This means we follow Audi’s global repair standards for quality, safety and performance, use genuine Audi parts and are regularly audited by Audi to maintain our approval status.

Q: Can you repair Audi electric and hybrid models?

A: Yes. Our technicians are trained to work on Audi e-tron electric and plug-in hybrid models, following Audi’s high-voltage safety procedures and EV-specific repair protocols. All three Finesse centres have EV-safe repair bays and the equipment required for Audi electric and hybrid repairs.

Q: Will my Audi’s safety systems be recalibrated after my repair?

A: Yes. Where the repair has affected the mounting points of ADAS sensors, cameras or radar systems, full ADAS recalibration is carried out to Audi specification. This is included as part of the repair, not charged separately, and a calibration record is provided on completion.

Q: Will my Audi warranty remain valid after repairs at Finesse?

A: Yes. Because we use genuine Audi parts and follow Audi’s approved repair procedures, your manufacturer warranty remains fully protected. Audi’s repair documentation issued at the end of your repair confirms the work was carried out to manufacturer-approved standards.

Q: Can I choose Finesse even if my insurer recommends a different repairer?

A: Yes. You have the legal right to choose where your vehicle is repaired regardless of which repairer your insurer recommends. If your Audi is under warranty or you want your repair completed to Audi’s standards, choosing an Audi-approved repairer is the only way to ensure that. Contact us and we will liaise with your insurer directly.

Q: Where can I get Audi approved accident repairs near me in Surrey or Berkshire?
