At the start of 2020, we made the strategic decision to rebrand from Dorking ARC to Finesse ARC. Unlike lots of other things this year, our rebrand ran to plan and we are now operating as Finesse Accident Repair Centre.

Rebranding was a huge decision for us as we did not want to detract from the reputation that we have created over the last 23 years as Dorking ARC. However, feedback so far has been absolutely superb and I am confident that our new branding, website and online strategy will allow us to reach and support more customers. The Finesse brand aligns perfectly to our ethos, mission and company strategy.”

Although we have been located at our Dorking site since 1992, it has changed a lot since then.

We have a long history of repairing and maintaining vehicles throughout Surrey, London and across the South. Increasingly, we are focusing on providing vehicle manufacturer approved repairs. We are approved by Audi, BMW, Mini, Seat, Skoda, Subaru, Tesla, Volvo and VW.
