About Finesse Accident Repair Centres
Finesse Accident Repair Centres has been repairing vehicles in Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill since 1997. In that time, the vehicles have changed considerably.
The materials, the safety systems, the electronics, the software. Our approach has kept pace with all of it. We are manufacturer-approved repairers for Audi, BMW, CUPRA, MINI, SEAT, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, Volvo and AION.
What approval means in practice is that we follow each manufacturer’s own repair procedures, use genuine parts and maintain the specialist equipment each brand requires. Not a simplified version of the standard. The actual standard.

Great repairs aren’t enough
We are an independent accident repair group with three specialist centres across Surrey and Berkshire. We are not part of a national chain. Every centre is run by its own team, with its own standards, and each site is purpose-built for the vehicles it repairs.
Our Dorking centre has been at the heart of Finesse since the company was founded in 1997, serving drivers across the A24 corridor and the Surrey Hills area.
Our Bracknell centre is one of the UK’s leading Tesla-approved accident repair centres, covering Berkshire and the Thames Valley. Our Redhill centre covers the M23 and M25 corridors through to Crawley and Croydon.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to the highest quality of customer service, delivered with an unparallel sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and with the spirit of a socially conscious company.

What makes Finesse different
There are plenty of bodyshops. The difference at Finesse is what happens when you bring a modern vehicle, particularly one with advanced safety systems, aluminium construction or a high-voltage battery, and you need to know it has been repaired correctly. Not repaired to look right. Repaired to be right.
And how you are looked after while that happens matters just as much. From the first call to collecting your keys, you know what is happening, when to expect it and who to call if you have a question.
What that means for you
- Every repair follows the method the manufacturer specifies for your vehicle. Not a generic process adapted to fit.
- Genuine parts, not alternatives. This matters for safety systems, structural components and anything that affects how your vehicle performs.
- Every repair includes pre and post-repair diagnostic scanning. You receive documentation confirming your vehicle’s safety systems were checked and, where needed, recalibrated
- We update you at every stage. If the timeline changes, you hear it from us first.

Electric vehicle repair
Electric vehicles now make up a significant proportion of the vehicles coming through our centres in Bracknell, Dorking and Redhill. We hold manufacturer approvals specifically for EV repair from Tesla, Audi, BMW, MINI, Volkswagen Group, Volvo and AION. Each approval requires EV-specific training, high-voltage safety procedures, specialist diagnostic equipment and access to each manufacturer’s own EV repair data.
Our Bracknell centre is one of the UK’s leading Tesla-approved accident repair centres and a proud partner of the Tesla Owners Club UK. For AION, one of the UK’s newest EV brands and with its flagship dealership in nearby Slough, Finesse Bracknell is the nearest AION-approved accident repair centre.
